Greater London Middlesex West Scout County covers the whole of north west London. We have over 7000 youth members, more than 1500 adult leaders and 133 groups across the area. Scouts in the county participate in a massive range of activities from abseiling to zorbing. We are always looking for new members, so join the adventure and see where Scouting can take you!

Facts

  •  There are more than 28 million Scouts, youth and adults, boys and girls, in 160 countries!
  • Famous former Scouts include David Beckham, Jamie Oliver, Sir Paul McCartney and Bill Clinton!
  • 11 out of the 12 men who have walked on the moon were Scouts!
  • X-Factor contestant Lucie Jones is a Scout and with her group The Adventure sung the 2007 Jamboree song; Jambo!

Scout Camp

PACCAR Scout Camp Chalfont Heights is Greater London Middlesex West's own campsite. Purchased in 2007 with a £500,000 donation from the PACCAR Foundation, the site is set in 60 acres of fields & woodland with plenty of indoor accommodation, a range of activities and is only 30 minutes drive from London.
