Arthur Primmer

ARTHUR PRIMMER – died 1983
It was sad to hear of the death at the age of 91 of Arthur Primmer who was one of the boys who took part in Baden Powell's experimental camp on Brownsea Island in 1907. He sent a special message for our 75th anniversary pageant at Wembley last year and was interviewed at his home in Bournemouth by Adrian Smith (5th Ruislip) and Graham Thorn (1st Rayners lane) for the county international camp newspaper in July. He was an active nonagenarian and went to a Jamboree in the United States last year. He was a good scout.
