WORLD EMERGENCIES
UK Scouting's response to the Tsunami disaster was second to none, but the need continues.  There is the food crisis in East Africa, the aftermath of the earthquake in South Asia, and many, many more.

Please remember this in your activities.  There is a fact sheet "Responding to World Disasters" with ideas and a full list of contacts for more information.
This can be downloaded from:
http://www.scoutbase.org.uk/library/hqdocs/facts/pdfs/fs260026.pdf
Thanks for all you can do!
David Bull, International Commissioner.
