New 6 - 25 Programme Team

ACC Young Leaders - Martin 'Rabbit' Raby joins to support the Young Leader programme across the county, he is an AESL in TGU and was recently an Assistant Unit Leader to the 22nd World Scout Jamboree in Sweden.
I look forward to working closely with this newly expanded team over the coming months as we see Scouting in GLMW go from strength to strength.
This is also an excellent opportunity to say Thank You to both Maxcine Hill who is moving on from the ACC Explorers role, and to Linda Brown who is leaving us as the County D of E Advisor. Both continue to Scout in GLMW and I know have been invaluable members of the County Team in recent years.
Finally we are still looking to recruit a further ACC for Top Awards who will own the delivery of the Queen Scout Award and Explorer Belt across the County, as well as take responsibility for DoE. If you are interested in this position, or know someone who would be, please get in touch.

I am pleased today to be able to announce to you the new 6- 25 Programme team for GLMW.
ACC Beavers - Jane Sanguy continues to build on her excellent work to date in leading our work in the Beaver Section.
ACC Cubs - Alison Oakley joins the County Team to take the ACC Cubs role, which has been vacant for some time. Alison is, among other things, a CSL with the 7th Heston in TGU.
ACC Scouts - Matt Young joins the County Team to take over the vacant ACC Scouts role. Matt is currently the ADC Scouts for Stanmore and District.
ACC for 14 to 25 - Richard Williams joins to look after Explorers and Scout Network in one portfolio, Richard is currently an AESL in Uxbridge and works with the County Hill Walking team.

ACC for International & Activities - Phil Power continues to own the Activities Portfolio as ACC Activities and is taking in additional responsibility to fill the gap in the International role.
