GLMW Vision to 2018

At the County Manager's Conference on 19th October 2013, a range of sessions and seminars helped make the County Vision to 2018 a reality for those attending, the aim being to ensure scouting in GLMW will be:

  • Shaped by young people in partnership with adults
  • Enjoyed by more young people and more adult volunteers
  • As diverse as the communities in which we live.

We heard an inspirational speech from Jason De Carteret which showed how his life had been shaped by his experiences of his many expeditions across the world.

Adults across GLMW now need to proceed to implement that Vision!

Papers generated at the Conference and Presentations will be attached to this page for you to read

Updated 20th November with some more of the Seminar presentations
