Modules 7 (Scouting for All), 14 (Supporting Young People) and 15 (Promoting Positive Behaviour)

Module 7 (Scouting for All) provides an introduction to equal opportunities and practical advice about how to make Scouting inclusive in your area of responsibility.

Module 14 (Supporting Young People) aims to enable adult volunteers working with young people to understand and meet their needs. The module covers the characteristics and development of young people, external influences on young people, how to create a supportive environment for young people and how to respond to issues affecting young people.

Module 15 (Promoting Positive Behaviour) aims to enable adult volunteers to proactively promote positive behaviour and appropriately manage challenging behaviour in their section. The module covers defining challenging behaviour, planning for positive behaviour, responding to challenging behaviour and where to source additional help and support for challenging behaviour.
