Kayaking, sailing, narrowboating…whatever you are looking for, we can help put you in touch with the right people to make it happen!

Within GLMW there is a wealth of experience and a number of activity centres to enable you to incorporate water activities into your programme. The county runs an annual water & adventure weekend at Longridge that offers an opportunity for Scouts and Explorers to paddle 3 weirs on the Thames and learn basic paddlesport skills.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
